THEORY TEST
To earn your UK driving licence, you are required to pass two tests: theory test and the practical test. The theory test consists of a multiple choice test and an interactive hazard perception test. You must pass both of these to successfully pass the theory test. If you pass one part of the test and fail the other part, you will need to retake the whole test.
PRACTICAL DRIVING TEST
Once you have passed your theory test, you are able to start thinking about booking your practical driving test. The driving test consists of an eyesight test, safety questions and your ability to drive safely. The practical driving test lasts approximately 40 minutes.
